Data controller

Abhinav Srl, Via Fiorentina 563, 56121 Pisa (PI), Italy, VAT IT02355620507. Contact: [email protected].

What data we process

  • The data you write in the contact form: name, email address, company (optional) and message.
  • Technical data needed to deliver the site and to block automated abuse: IP address and browser information, processed by Cloudflare Turnstile when the form is shown and sent.

Cookies and statistics

The site sets no advertising or profiling cookies. If you accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits in aggregate form (pages viewed, approximate location, device type); it sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*, which last up to 2 years, and IP addresses are not stored. Without your consent Google Analytics is not loaded at all (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code). You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. The choice itself is saved only in your browser.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Replying to your request and, if you ask for it, preparing a proposal: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). After you send the form, we email you a confirmation of receipt.
  • Protecting the form from spam and abuse: our legitimate interest in the security of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing the data is optional, but without name, email and message we cannot reply.

Who processes the data for us

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting of the site and the Turnstile anti-spam check.
  • Resend, Inc.: delivery of the form messages and of the confirmation email (servers in the European Union).
  • Google LLC: the mailbox where the messages are received and, only with your consent, Google Analytics.

These providers act as data processors. Some of them are based in the United States: transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission. The data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

How long we keep the data

For the time needed to handle your request and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract follows, in which case the data is kept for the time required by law.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR), by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
